Anne Lene Andersen is a GFTeam Norway black belt anchored in Bergen, where she coaches at Bergen Grappling and helps run the city's adult competition pipeline. She competes regularly on the European IBJJF circuit, most recently at the 2026 European Jiu-Jitsu Championship — keeping Bergen visible on the continental black-belt mats.
Outside her home academy, she is one of the instructors of the Artemis BJJ Bergen Camp, the international training event that brings overseas black belts to western Norway each year. Her work there has helped position Bergen as a destination on the European seminar map rather than just a stopover.
For an academy and a city that have steadily produced quiet, competition-active black belts rather than headline athletes, Andersen is a model of the type: dependable on the mats, dependable at the front of the room.
