He was a cast member of SpikeTV 's The Ultimate Fighter 7 making it to the quarterfinals where he was defeated by Jesse Taylor . Rivera is the owner of Dante Rivera Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Freehold Township, New Jersey .
