Eivind Windsrygg is a Norwegian BJJ black belt (3rd degree) and co-founder of Bergen Grappling, Bergen's first Brazilian jiu-jitsu club, established in 2005. Having trained martial arts since 1991, he became the first person in Bergen to receive a BJJ black belt in December 2013. He serves as head instructor at Bergen Grappling and is affiliated with BJJ Globetrotters. Outside the mats, Windsrygg works as a teacher and environmental therapist, and has contributed as a BJJ expert and guest host on the Norwegian MMA podcast MMA-Revyen.
