Jack Hermansson, born in Sweden in 1988 and long based in Norway, is one of the most successful Scandinavian fighters of his generation. A 3rd-degree black belt in the Ricardo Liborio / Carlson Gracie line, he won the Cage Warriors middleweight title in 2014 and signed with the UFC the same year. His 49-second guillotine over former WSOF champion David Branch remains one of the cleanest finishes by a Nordic fighter in the promotion's history.
His professional MMA record sits around 24-10, built across a long UFC run in the middleweight top fifteen. Alongside fighting, he is the head coach for BJJ and No-Gi at Frontline Academy Oslo, sharing the room with Eduardo 'Teta' Rios and contributing the grappling spine of one of Europe's most productive MMA programmes.
For the Norwegian scene he is the embodiment of the Frontline grappling-to-MMA pipeline at the highest level.
