Joachim Tollefsen, born in Oslo on 3 August 1991, is one of the Frontline Academy fighters who came up primarily as a Muay Thai specialist before adding serious BJJ on top. He trains under head coach Mohsen Bahari and holds a purple belt at Frontline, with regular mat time inside one of the deepest grappling rooms in Norway.
His most visible result so far is the Contenders Norwich lightweight title, won by a submission stoppage over Terry Doyle — a finish that points to the BJJ work happening alongside the striking.
Nicknamed 'Ninja Viking' and 'Slenderman', he sits in the same Frontline lineage that has produced Bergh, Foss and Hermansson — Mohsen Bahari's wing of it, with a Muay Thai accent.
